Observation

There is an electrical outlet at child crawling level on the wall in the hall space between the kitchen and the playroom that may have been tamper resistent at one time but appears not to be tamper resistent upon inspection at this time. No visible signs of it being tamper resistent remain. There was a diffuser and a snowflake decoration/light plugged in next to the children's hand washing sink. These were removed at the time of the visit.
